Registration & Payment:

All registrations and payments are completed online. All sales are final — no refunds are provided once registration is submitted. If you have questions or would like to request a class change, please call or email us and we will do our best to assist based on availability. Session availability is first come, first served.

 

Attendance & Make-Up Sessions:

​

Missed classes are not guaranteed a make-up session. Make-ups may be offered at our discretion, depending on availability and scheduling. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled when possible.

 

Program Format:

Indoor classes offered year-round Outdoor classes may be available during summer session All programming is designed to provide a safe and consistent learning environment for all participants.

 

Parent / Guardian Responsibilities:

 

To create a fun and safe experience for every child, parents/guardians must ensure participants:

• Can use the bathroom independently

• Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear

• Understand and follow golf safety instructions

We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if behavior compromises safety or disrupts the program.

 

Media Use:

By registering, you grant Web Works Golf permission to take and use photos or videos of participants for promotional purposes.

To opt out, please notify us in writing before your child’s first session.

 

Program Changes

 

Web Works Golf may update class offerings, schedules, or locations as needed. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!

• Parent/guardian contact information

• Participant name, age, and emergency details

• Registration and scheduling preferences

This information is used to:

• Register participants for classes

• Communicate scheduling updates and program details

• Support participant safety and planning

We do not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties.

Photos or videos may be used for marketing purposes only with permission granted through registration. You may request removal or updating of your information at any time.

Liability Waiver & Release: Effective Date: 12/10/2025

Participation in golf activities includes inherent risks such as falls, contact with equipment, and physical exertion. By enrolling a child in Web Works Golf programming, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily permit your child to participate and assume all associated risks.

• You release Web Works Golf, its instructors (Matthew and Megan Weber), and partnered facilities from liability for injury or property damage that may occur during programs, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

You certify that your child:

• Is physically able to participate in youth athletic activity

• Can use the restroom independently

• Will follow all safety rules and directions from instructors

Parents/guardians remain responsible for ensuring behavior that maintains a safe environment for all children. Web Works Golf reserves the right to remove a participant from a class if behavior threatens safety or disrupts learning.
